Protection and hygiene measures

What do we do to offer you a safe environment?

  • Regular cleaning and disinfection of facilities and furniture.
  • Fitting and signage in space to guarantee an orderly traffic flow.
  • Reduced capacity.
  • Repeated ventilation in spaces. HVAC in facilities without recirculated air.
  • Capacity control points.
  • Staff to serve the public, provided with personal protection equipment (PPE).
  • Protected staff to serve the public.
  • Disinfectant rug for shoes.
  • Reinforced measures in WCs: bactericides, automatic soap dispensers, bins with pedal closure and air-dryers for hands.
  • Maximum occupation of WCs limited to one person, except for minors and dependents.

  • Lockers and wardrobe check temporarily closed.

What do we ask of you?

  • Mandatory use of approved masks in all spaces.
  • Keep 1.5 metre social distance.
  • It is mandatory to use the automatic hygienic dispenser (contactless) at the entryway.
  • Do not enter with large bundles or food and drink. Locker and wardrobe check is unavailable.
  • Understanding for the temperature check. If you are above 37.5 degrees, you must postpone your visit.
  • Use the disinfectant rug.
  • Do not enter WCs if someone else is inside.
  • Do not use the lift unless you have reduced mobility.

We recommend

  • Increase how often you wash your hands and use gel.
  • Avoid touching furniture, surfaces and all physical elements.

Temporary measures for the Mateo Inurria 2 exhibition hall

  • Reduced capacity (less than regulated).
  • One-way traffic during the tour.
  • No cash payments.
  • Free guided tours on Mondays with guides from the Fundación must be booked in advance on the Fundación's website, with no more than six participants.
  • Audio guides are not available.

  • Reduced capacity by disabling seats.
  • It is mandatory to book your seat in advance.
