Webinar: World Environment Day

For World Environment Day, Fundación Canal presented the study “Extreme water events and climate change: best modelling practises” in webinar format.

This study, by Fundación Canal, was prepared by a team of researchers from the School of Road, Canal and Port Engineers of the Polytechnic University of Madrid and with the participation of Canal de Isabel II. The study introduces a selection of good practises for modelling droughts and floods such that they can be used in multiple fields, including water planning, water resource management, research, and technological development. Following this, continuing with the World Environment Day 2020 topic, a round table “Water, Biodiversity and Climate Change” will take place.
