TALLERES CIENTÍFICO-AMBIENTALES

Taller Innova like a genius

Discover water, it’s extraordinary!

For years, the workshops for children and young people that Fundación Canal provides have offered an invitation to discover the world around us through ingenious experiments that draw participants into the field of science and the environment.

They stimulate curiosity to learn more about water, its inestimable value, climate change, and other environmental phenomena, through surprising scientific experiences to learn while having fun and enjoying oneself.

On this occasion, participants will be amazed by the particularities of water molecules, making water a truly extraordinary element, and also essential for life on Earth. Why does it expand when it freezes? Why does ice float instead of sinking under water? They will learn how we make the most of its force to generate electricity or to obtain new energy sources, like green hydrogen. And, of course, they will learn that water is a limited resource that is growing increasingly scarce and that, if we take care of it and properly preserve it, it will be able to continue with its crucial job for life on Earth.
