Enrique Dans has been a Professor of Innovation at IE Business School since 1990. After obtaining a degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Santiago de Compostela, he pursued an MBA at the Instituto de Empresa, earned a Ph.D. in Information Systems from UCLA between 1996 and 2000, and completed postdoctoral studies at Harvard Business School. In his role as a researcher, educator, and advisor, he studies the effects of technological innovation on individuals, businesses, and society as a whole. In addition to his teaching activities and his role as a Senior Advisor in Innovation and Digital Transformation at IE Business School, he is a visiting professor at the Diplomatic School in Spain and the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom. He also provides advisory services to various startups and established companies and is a regular contributor to numerous national and international media outlets on topics related to the internet and technology. Included in the Forbes list of top influencers in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022, he has been writing daily since 2003 on his personal website, enriquedans.com, which is one of the most popular Spanish-language blogs on innovation in the world.
Sergio Martín Herrera holds a degree in Audiovisual Communication (2001) from the University of Salamanca. Between 2016 and 2018, he acted as editor and host of Los Desayunos de TVE. He was assistant editor of TVE news, editor of Canal 24 horas, editor of the news website www.rtve.es and editor of TVE news’ social media team. He currently oversees Zoom Net, TVE’s technology and digital culture programme.
